Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Easy Restro, provided by Easy Restro Pvt. Ltd.. Creating an account means accepting them.

A restaurant account is opened by you and activated by us once your business registration document has been verified.

Your 14-day free trial begins at verification, not at sign-up, so you never lose trial days waiting for us.

You are responsible for the staff accounts you create and for the access you grant them.

Plans are billed per restaurant, monthly or yearly, in Nepali rupees. We take no commission on your sales.

Payment is made against the QR code and instructions shown in your console; your plan activates once we have confirmed the payment.

Renewing early stacks onto the time you have left rather than replacing it, so you never lose paid days by paying ahead.

Prices may change on renewal. We will tell you before your next renewal, never during a term you have already paid for.

Access to the features of your chosen plan, updates as they are released, daily encrypted backups, and support at the level your plan describes.

We aim for continuous availability and will give notice of planned maintenance. Enterprise agreements may carry a specific uptime commitment.

The accuracy of your menu and prices, and the lawfulness of what you sell.

Your own tax obligations. The system produces sequential numbered invoices; filing them is yours to do.

Keeping your account credentials secure and removing access for staff who leave.

We may suspend an account that is unpaid past its term, that fails verification, or that is being used to break the law or to attack the platform.

Where we suspend for non-payment, your data is not deleted — settle the account and it comes back as it was.

Your restaurant’s data belongs to you. We hold it to run the service for you and nothing else.

You may export it at any time, and you may ask us to delete it when you leave. See the privacy policy for detail.

You may cancel at any time; the service continues to the end of the period you have paid for.

Export anything you need before that date, or ask us and we will help.
